03 · Heat network data and efficiency analysis From the energy centre to the door.

We help your team see the whole network, from the heat generated at the energy centre to the heat used behind each door, and ask sharper questions of it.

What we do

Five pieces of work that turn a network with patchy data into a network you can actually run.

01

Energy-centre-to-door consumption mapping

Heat in at the energy centre, the plant room where heat is generated, and heat out at every door. We map the whole flow and show you where the data is good, where it is missing, and where it doesn't add up. Then we help you plan how to close the gaps.

02

Heat loss visibility

Every network loses heat. The question is how much, where, and whether the level of loss is normal for that scheme or a sign of something to fix. We help you put a number on it that holds up to scrutiny. That is useful for tariff defence, for Heat Network Efficiency Scheme (HNES) funding cases, and for spotting trouble.

03

Meter coverage and reliability auditing

Which meters are reporting, which aren't, which are reading something but probably wrong. A single missing bulk meter, the meter for a whole building, can throw off a whole reconciliation. We help your team find the meters that need attention before they become a billing problem.

04

Data layer review and reconciliation

Building management system (BMS) data, automatic meter reading (AMR) feeds and billing system records: three layers that can hold three slightly different versions of the truth. We help reconcile them, work out which one to trust for which question, and design the routine that keeps them in step.

05

Network efficiency reporting

A regular network performance pack your team can produce in-house: heat generated, heat delivered, losses, top consumers and the list of readings that need attention. The aim is a single page your operations lead can take to the board each quarter without having to build it from scratch.
