Bill correctly. Review tariffs honestly. Don't sour the relationship in the process.

Revenue is the network's heartbeat. If billing is wrong, residents lose trust and the operator loses money. If tariffs are wrong, the same happens, just slower. We help operators get the basics right and defend every line on the bill.

What we do

Five operational disciplines that protect both the revenue and the resident.

01 Billing assurance

Are your residents being billed correctly? Are the standing charges right? Are the unit rates being applied to the right consumption? We sample, we reconcile, and we give you a percentage answer rather than a hopeful one. Where it isn't right, we tell you exactly which accounts and exactly why.

02 Revenue reconciliation

Energy in versus energy billed. Heat into the network from the energy centre, against heat charged out at residents' meters. The gap is your unbilled energy, sometimes it's heat loss, sometimes it's a meter problem, sometimes it's a billing error. We help you split the difference and recover what's recoverable.

03 Six-monthly & annual tariff reviews

Most heat network tariffs are reviewed every six or twelve months. We support the full review, fuel costs in, operating costs in, planned investment in, energy out, and a tariff out the other end that the operator can defend to its board, its regulator, and its residents. The output is a tariff letter, a workings sheet, and a summary that survives scrutiny.

04 Bad debt analysis

Where is the bad debt actually coming from? A handful of accounts, a single tower, a particular tariff cohort? We help you separate genuine hardship from collectable debt, and design recovery approaches that don't generate complaints, or write-offs that should have been collected.

05 Meter reading & exception management

AMR, manual reads, estimated billing, most operators run a mixed estate, and most exceptions come back to the same handful of issues. We help your team build a routine for working through the exception list each month so it stops growing.
