From the energy centre to the door.

A heat network is only as efficient as its weakest link, and most operators don't have full visibility from generation to consumption. We help your team see the whole picture, and ask sharper questions of it.

What we do

Five pieces of work that turn a network with patchy data into a network you can actually run.

01 Energy-centre-to-door consumption mapping

Heat in at the energy centre, heat out at every door. We map the whole flow and show you where the data is good, where it's missing, and where it doesn't add up. Most operators discover the gaps are smaller than they feared, and easier to close than they expected.

02 Heat loss visibility

Every network loses heat. The question is how much, where, and whether the loss profile is normal for that scheme or a sign of something to fix. We help you put a number on it that holds up to scrutiny, useful for tariff defence, for HNES funding cases, and for spotting trouble.

03 Meter coverage & reliability auditing

Which meters are reporting, which aren't, which are reading something but probably wrong. A single missing bulk meter at a building level can throw off a whole reconciliation. We help your team find the meters that need attention before they become a billing problem.

04 Data layer review & reconciliation

BMS data, AMR feeds, billing system records, three layers, often three slightly different versions of the truth. We help reconcile them, identify which is the source of record for which question, and design the routine that keeps them in step.

05 Network efficiency reporting

A regular network performance pack your team can produce in-house, heat generated, heat delivered, losses, top consumers, exception list. The aim is a single page your operations lead can take to the board each quarter without having to build it from scratch.
